Other Details of APRO Recruitment:–

Age Limit: Candidates’ age should not be less than 18 years and not more than 25 years as of 1st January 2022 (i.e., Candidate must be born on or before 01/01/2004 and on or after 01/01/1997).

Age Relaxation: Category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below

> SC/ST: 5 years
> OBC/MOBC: 3 years
> Trained Home guard: 3 years

Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens, permanent residents of Assam. Selected candidates will have to submit proof of residence /Domicile Certificate after the publication of the final select list. However, candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC/MOBC are exempted from submitting such certificates.

Employment Exchange Registration Certificate: Candidates must register his/ her name with a local Employment Exchange in Assam.

Local Language Proficiency: Candidates must speak Assamese or any other state language fluently.
